Cancellation of your order

• You can cancel your order before and after paying for the service
• Once the work is delivered, you cannot cancel your order
• If the mentoring process is not initiated, you can cancel it anytime
• Once the draft is delivered, you can cancel your order if you are not satisfied with it
• Cancellation fee is 15% of the total paid amount
• Order cancellation after receiving the completed work is not allowed, full balance has to be paid before submitting the work to OBU

Mentor Feedback & Revisions

• The feedback provided by mentor is incorporated strictly
• You can ask for any changes you want us to make in your RAP
• If QA department recommends for any amendment, it is carried out likewise
• If you will ask for an urgent revision, you will be charged with an urgent revision fee of £40

Refund Terms

• Complete refund in case you do not achieve a pass
• Free resubmission option with resubmission statement
• Complete rewrite work is free of cost if required
• Complete refund in case you do not like your first draft
• Immediate refund in case your Card is wrongfully charged
• Complete refund in case we do not meet your submission deadline
• Refund requires 5 business days to get processed

Project Mentoring

• Mentoring charges are not refundable even if your RAP results in a failure mark
• Mentoring charges are refundable in case you wish to cancel your order
• Project mentoring will be done by registered mentors globally
• Mentor details required for submission are provided by the company
• You can choose your own mentor

Pricing & Discounts

• Mentoring charges are £250 for an ordinary delivery of more than 30 days
• Urgent mentoring fee is £350 for less than 30 days
• Project writing fee for an ordinary delivery of more than 30 days is £599
• Project writing fee for an urgent delivery of less than 30 days is £799
• Project prices are negotiable
• Discounts are offered for the RAP writing service only
• Discount codes are provided by 24/7 online customer support

Delivery of the order

• Every draft completed is sent to you and your mentor to review alongside
• If you make changes in your thesis, you must share the updated document with us and the mentor
• Project is not done urgently if you have not placed an urgent order
• You must submit the project completed within the submission deadline or the company may not be responsible for missing the deadline

Project Resubmission

• Resubmission is free of cost if the project is originally written by us
• If you did the work yourself, you must place an order for the resubmission
• Resubmission pass is guaranteed
• The failure feedback is taken into consideration while preparing the RAP for resubmission
• Resubmission statement is prepared free of cost
